Today is our Philanthropy Day — the most important day on our fundraising calendar. Your participation will help ensure that Loomis Chaffee students continue to benefit from a transformational educational experience.

Today, 131 students participated in Philanthropy Day by making gifts with their Pelicoin, part of Loomis Chaffee’s financial literacy program. Through hands-on experiences managing their Pelicoin, students gain real-world lessons in budgeting, decision-making, and the impact of philanthropy.
This is truly a community-wide effort, and we’re so grateful to our students for their generosity and being part of what makes this day so special!

Prefer to mail your gift? Please email the Annual Fund team at annualfund@loomis.org to let us know it’s on the way so we can count your support in our Philanthropy Day totals.
Please mail your check along with a note stating "Philanthropy Day" to: Loomis Chaffee Alumni/Development 4 Batchelder Drive Windsor, CT 06095
Can I make a gift with stocks or securities for Philanthropy Day? Yes! Please call us at 860.687.6802, or email our team at annualfund@loomis.org to organize the transfer. Thank you for letting us know in advance so we can count your gift. Be sure to mention "Philanthropy Day."
Can I make a gift through a donor-advised fund? You can initiate a gift through your donor-advised fund (DAF) directly on the Philanthropy Day campaign page. Alternatively, you may contact your financial institution to recommend a distribution to Loomis Chaffee and include “Philanthropy Day 2026” in your request. Please also let our team know that your contribution is being processed by emailing annualfund@loomis.org so we can count your support toward the campaign totals.
What payment methods do you accept online? In addition to debit and credit cards, you can make your gift using PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay or ApplePay.
Make a Pledge To make a pledge today, please follow this link or email the Annual Fund team at annual_fund@loomis.org. Your pledge, to be fulfilled by June 30, 2026, will be counted toward Philanthropy Day.
